Competition is supported by the Committee of Architecture and Construction of Kaliningrad Administration and Kaliningrad Branch of Russian Federation Architects Union.

Competition is opened for all participants. Professional architects, designers and students with sufficient educational background are invited for participation.
Winner – 60 000 rubles
The 2nd place – 40 000 rubles
The 3rd place – 20 000 rubles

Official language of competition is Russian. All projects of participants have to be presented in Russian.
